Nikki Crossland

Hello, I’m Nikki, I am a HR Consultant at HR and You Ltd, I am CIPD Level 3 qualified, having been afforded the opportunity t study for this via the Apprenticeship route at college, HR and You Ltd fully believes in lifelong learning, my role is to support clients with all of their HR matters, whether these are small or complex matters nothing is ever too much trouble.

I love the complexities of HR and my job is varied and challenging, I learn new skills every day, what I love the most is working with a diverse range of clients and delivering a service that is a true reflection of our mission at HR and You Ltd.

What matters to me is the outcome and benefits to the client, we work with amazing clients and as the company expands the future brings exciting times.

We are growing rapidly, women led, and are proud to be that way, we believe in inclusion for all and want the same for our clients.

I have never worked within such an amazing environment where you are recognised for who you are, what you do and it really is humbling, sometimes I need to pinch myself to think is this still real!

I share a passion for the 2 Mini Dachshunds and as a family, we regularly have dog sleepovers these days now I have my own home.
