HR and You Ltd took the pain out of writing contracts of employment for our staff. As a small employer, we don't have an in-house Human Resources function and lack expertise in many aspects of employment law. However, HR and You, in effect, now provide us with an extra team member with the expertise we lack.
The process of drawing up the contracts was made simple and straightforward. I am confident that we now have the correct documentation in place.
We are now working with HR and You on a lone worker policy and have no doubt that we will need to use their excellent services many times in the future.

Having your very own HR expert on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week certainly makes for a better nights sleep.
Fortunately, we have never had make use of that facility as we had HR & You set up and configure our systems, procedures and documentation at the outset and that serves to nip any issues in the bud BEFORE they become a problem.
Fran and her team are really helpful but most importantly, they know their stuff.
