This Apprenticeship Agreement is used in place of an Employment Contract, as the individual is not an Employee at this stage it is important they are issued the correct documentation at this stage, that it contains the relevant clauses and covers policy details pertinent to your company and their employment, this document also includes, a Training Plan, Commitment Statement, the Data Privacy Consent Notice, and relevant Policies and Procedures as Appendixes
