A Settlement Agreement is legally binding between the Employer and the Employee and serves to acknowledge the termination of employment by way of settlement, normally by way of remuneration in payment.

This letter can be used by the solicitor acting on behalf of the Employee to acknowledge and accept the Settlement Agreement.
