Everyone loves a great review, what do you do with your feedback?

Receiving Feedback

Once you have provided your service to your customer you may send out a feedback form, ask for the feedback by email, website, google reviews or other format, all these methods are great. What do you do with them once you have them though, some may be great and provide glowing comments, others negative references to your service, its what you do that measures the feedback right?

My approach

In my opinion I could do more, take feedback No1 – I could follow up with the client, to book in another visit the reason for this? I have not secured a contract right and at this stage the client may encounter more issues, by not following up would be a disservice.

Client No2 used my service for a handbook product and not a service, again to not follow up in view of the positive comments would be a missed opportunity for me and also a disservice to him.

Afternoon Fran,

I want to pass my sincere appreciation for the help and assistance you have given to me I could not have managed over the past few weeks without your support, you have been truly outstanding, you have shown diligence, resilience, efficiency and professionalism to name a few.

When I am in a position to use your service, I will be in touch.

Thank you once again

Regards

Hi,

I have used HR outsourced services in the past but can say I have found that you have been extremely personable, taking the time to understand my needs by listening to me in the first instance (a rarity in this day), from that point the handbook you have produced is extremely well composed and contains every policy imaginable. It is completely personalised in this sense, to the unknown eye you would think it was written in-house.
