The Business Hub meeting room is our very own purpose-built venue for hire situated in the beautiful tranquil location of Dunscar Bridge. The Business Hub meeting room allows concentration and privacy, is equipped 65” flat-screen TV with a built-in whiteboard, perfect for brainstorming sessions and presentations.

The room can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, whether you need this for a private meeting, from 2-8 people, the spacious room can easily accommodate your meeting or event.

The modern bright room offers you full control of how you host/deliver your meeting, training, or event. The Business Hub meeting room is available for hire on weekdays, and at weekends. From as little as 1 hour up to a full day, or longer. Along with the use of the room, you have the use of the adjacent fully equipped kitchen, free refreshments for the duration of your stay with us, and use of restroom facilities.

What is included?

As standard the Business Hub meeting room is suitable for up to 8 people, has a large conference table and 65-inch LED screen, and is Wi-Fi enabled, the room has a modern layout, and is a bright room with LED lighting. 65” touch screen, fully interactive, wireless TV with a whiteboard.
Your guests and colleagues can join via a built-in webcam on MS Teams or Zoom from anywhere.
Functionality to record meetings – send to attendees later

The equipment integrates effectively with digital hearing assistive technology.

Weekdays 08:00 – 17:00 £10.00 per hour
Weekends 08:00 – 17:00 £20.00 per hour

Per Day

Weekdays 08:00 – 17:00 £120.00 Per day
Weekends 08:00 – 17:00 £170.00 per day

All prices exclude vat, which is chargeable at the prevailing rate.

Self-service free refreshments (tea, coffee, and cold drinks)
Catered Refreshments £1.30 per person
Biscuits and Sweets £2.00 per person
Breakfast (fruit, Danish, toast) £4.00 per person
Lunch (3 options available) £10.00pp, £11.00pp or £13.00pp (ask for details and prices)
