When an Employee leaves, you can follow a few basic steps to ensure that they have everything they need for the next step in their employment journey. This can include dealing with less pleasant reasons for leaving, such as heat-of-the-moment resignations or dismissals, or dismissals for other reasons, such as the result of a disciplinary process or gross misconduct reason.
